One of our aims is to raise awareness and help dissemination of music therapy in Greece. We organize short seminars and workshops to provide concise information and experience for those interested in having a first contact with music therapy for personal, scientific, or professional curiosity.

The experiential workshops cover different topics so that everyone can choose according to their interests. Occasionally, we organise special thematic seminars or workshops with a focus on personal self-exploration and development.

• Vocal music therapy workshop (use of voice)

• Song-writing and composition workshops

• Drumming workshops

• Music, Imagery, and Archetypes (set of 12 weekly group meetings)
