Music Breathing
accredited by the European Association for Music and Imagery
Music Breathing (MB) is a technique designed by our colleague, Swedish Psychiatrist Dag Körlin, and is now offered exclusively by SONORA. It is a tool that combines awareness and combination of the breathing used to regulate arousal evoked by selective music listening in an expanded state of consciousness. The Music Breathing training course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to become proficient in the use of this technique in trauma work, stress management, resilience, and wellbeing. This program blends theoretical coursework and supervised practice sessions to ensure graduates are fully prepared to excel in various therapeutic, socioeducational or community and wellbeing settings.
The programme is suitable for all professionals in the fields of wellbeing, stress management, resilience and emotional regulation, anxiety disorders and psychological trauma and self-care
